Some 20 Co-workers of the Order, managers and senior executives, accompanied by the Brothers from the European Provinces, are now meeting in Granada from 16 to 19 January 2017, to retrace the footsteps of Saint John of God.

In his introductory address, the Prior General, Brother Jesús Etayo, invited them, as holders of senior posts of responsibility in the Order, to ensure that the mission of Hospitality which forms the basis of our Order, is always tangibly present in our structures by managing them consistently with our values.

Fidelity to our charism is the leitmotiv running throughout this Formation course, which focuses above all on the example set by Saint John of God, as a founder, leader and also as an innovator.

The second part of the course will be run in Rome in November this year, and will focus on charismatic management.
